We are here to help people affected by injustice and we fight for their rights in order to serve them with justice. The issues arising in this area can be related to physical or sexual abuse, violent or threatening behaviour, controlling or coercive behaviour, economic abuse, psychological, emotional or other abuse and Human Rights violation.
Few examples of our cases related to injustice:
- British National faced domestic violence after which she was successfully granted khula from court.
- Two children of American National who married again, were abducted after the death of her first husband. She successfully claimed child custody and found the children after several raid orders passed by the court.
- A British National was sexually abused, the offender had to face rigorous punishment.
- A Canadian National was economically abused by her husband in Pakistan after which she was successful in claiming maintenance charges.
