Duties to Include:
As a Paralegal you will be able to provide assistance to Senior Lawyer about land, property or family law of Pakistan.
– Collate information, undertake preparatory work, draft & negotiate documents for clients on Pakistanis Law under supervision.
– Interview and liaise with individuals on aspect of land, property and family law of Pakistan and legislative implications under supervision.
– Assist management and lawyers with developing practice, manage work flow, decide cases to accept, agree fees and prepare financial records etc
