The Citizen Advice Bureau for Overseas Pakistanis is responsible to provide legal assistance in matters related to Pakistani Laws. When overseas Pakistanis settle in the UK and other parts of the world their interest in home country often go in to compromise situation because of their non availability and not physical presence in Pakistan. The local lawyers sometime do not manage to handle their cases properly either because of absence of client in Pakistan or sometimes due to some other reasons, thus this Bureau is being established in order to assist public in regards their Legal Matters related to Pakistani Law. We have expertise in order to handle with issues related to Family Law, Injustice, Property Law, Customer Services and Poverty. We do not charge our clients for the first two consultations, however, if further assistance is required then reasonable fee may be charged.
