In order to eliminate property, we believe and provide services to those who are in need through Pro Bono Legal Services. Our aim is to help Overseas Pakistanis in the UK and other countries of the world with their matters related to Pakistani Laws, who otherwise can’t afford the services we offer. We provide our Pro-Bono Clients with the same high level of services as we provide to our paid clients. We have set criteria in order to determine the affordability of client.
Few examples of our Pro Bono Services
- British National husband passed away after which his wife was sent to Old Age Home by her children who were British National and she was left with nothing, we were able to successfully claim her shares in land owned by her husband and the house she was living in.
- British National’s property in Pakistan was forcefully possessed, we successfully stopped the illegal possession through Court order.
- British Nation divorced his wife in Pakistan and was reluctant to pay the dowry amount, which was paid to her after court proceeding.
